My Story

I’m an athlete turned busy professional, just like the clients I coach.

When sports ended, I realized something:

I didn’t want to lose the competitive edge that athletics gave me.

That edge impacts everything:

  • confidence

  • leadership

  • discipline

  • performance

But I also had a professional life to manage.

So I rebuilt my training around one idea:

Athletes don’t stop performing after sports.
They enter the
2nd Season of their lives.

That process eventually became the 2nd Season System.

My Coaching

I am not guessing what athletes need once their career ends.

And I’ve shaped my coaching philosophy with:

  • NSCA Certified Strength & Conditioning Specialist

  • 15+ years of coaching experience

  • deep understanding of the athlete-to-professional transition

My clients aren’t trying to get in shape just for a beach photo.

They want to stay sharp, capable, and competitive for life.

And they’ll look good along the way.

After graduating with my B.S. in Exercise & Sport Science in from the University of North Carolina Greensboro, I then obtained my Masters of Science degree from Appalachian State University.

Using my education and experience, I am also an instructor for other personal trainers where I travel all over the US teaching them how to optimize their clients training and grow their businesses.

Education, coaching, authenticity are at the center what I do.

While I follow a protocol and process to help my clients, I don’t believe there is ONE right way or ONE best way to achieve holistic health. So, for the last 15 years I’ve dedicated my free time to learning all that I can so I can provide you with easy-to-digest knowledge to up your game in the weight room and in your career for the long run.
